【Material: sea bream, potato,carrot,broccoli, cauliflower, lemon, butter, oliveoil, salt , pepper.】

※we don't use any food additives, so please enjoy the fish while it is still fresh. 

※only seabream is raw, so please warm up the fish at least.

【How to cook】

① defrost the package before frying it in the pan.

②put all material to the pan on medium heat for 3-4min, add the sauce once the fish is cooked.

○make a brown butter for sauce is also delicious. 

　If you don't like oily, please warm up vegetables and fish separately.
