Q3:  why THE fresh vegetables are fresh?

A3: We mainly offer Cambodian domestic vegetables.

This is because we can get the freshest products right after harvesting in province and deliver to our customers.  

Basically, we strive to deliver vegetables within 2 days after harvesting.

Q5: All vegetables are organic?

A5: Yes, all vegetables are safety vegetables.

Q6: Where our vegetables come from?

A6: Our vegetables and fruits are harvested in Cambodia, from Mondulkiri and Battambang. 

Q7: How much for delivery fee?

A7: We have below delivery term:

1. Order amount less than $ 15, delivery charge $2

2. Order amount from $ 15 to $ 30, delivery charge $1 

3. Order amount over $ 30m, no delivery charge

Q8: What is "Japan Standard"of THE fresh? 

A8:We are Japanese company, and manage all section from Agriculture to Delivery with Japanese technology and staff.

For example, washing vegetables with three steps with Japanese clean water, deliver with well trained delivery team, quality control by Japanese manager.

Q9: Do you deliver to province?

A9: Yes, we send vegetables safely to provinces by bus, pack vegetables with ice pack to keep freshness as much as possible.

A10: We offer the best fresh, safe and clean vegetables with our Japan standard to our valued customers.
